Operations Manager

Ashley joined our team in 2014 and has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry. She enjoys helping customers solve complex insurance situations and always goes the extra mile to help customers feel informed and cared for.

She oversees daily operations and supports our team of licensed agents. Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two daughters, staying active outdoors, developing her yoga practice, and finding joy in life’s simple moments.

Diana Perez

Senior Licensed Sales Representative

Diana joined The Deschamps Agency more than five years ago, bringing over a decade of sales and insurance experience. She takes pride in being a trusted representative for customers.

Her priority is helping families understand the importance of having the proper coverage. As our most seasoned sales representative, she is always willing to share her experience and knowledge with coworkers. Outside the office, Diana enjoys traveling, spending quality time with loved ones, and relaxing with her dog, Daisy.

Win Head

Licensed Customer Service Representative

Win has been a Licensed Service Agent for The Deschamps Agency since 2017. He takes pride in meeting customers’ needs and making sure questions are answered and policies are properly serviced.

For Win, family is a priority. Away from the agency, he spends time with his wife and two daughters, coaches youth sports teams, and enjoys simply being Dad. He strives to care for and help protect each customer as if they were family.

Letty Gallion

Licensed Customer Service Representative

Letty joined our team in October 2017 with 28 years of experience in the insurance industry. She enjoys building long-term relationships with customers and making them feel important and cared for.

She loves working in a team environment and being a source of knowledge and support for her coworkers. Letty enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, and shopping.

Jose Martinez-Nieves

Licensed Sales Representative

Jose joined our team in 2025 with over five years of experience in the insurance industry. His priority is providing customers peace of mind by helping make sure their coverage is sufficient and properly in place.

He enjoys making complicated topics, such as liability limits and coverage options, easier to understand. On weekends, Jose can often be found hosting get-togethers at local parks with family, friends, and his dog, Pixel.

Greg Narvaiz

Licensed Sales Representative

Greg is an experienced insurance professional with over nine years in the industry, specializing in auto and home insurance. With a customer-first approach, he helps people understand how their policies and coverage work.

Greg is passionate about helping customers make informed decisions while identifying opportunities to reduce overall household costs. Outside work, he enjoys spending quality time with his children and giving back to the community by coaching youth basketball.

Erica Alvarez

Licensed Insurance Professional

Erica has been serving customers in the insurance industry since 2022 and joined our agency in February 2026. Backed by more than 20 years of customer service experience, she is passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

As a licensed Property & Casualty and Life Insurance professional, she believes that educating customers is just as important as providing the right coverage. She takes the time to explain insurance options, answer questions, and help customers make informed decisions with confidence. Outside of the office, Erica enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She’s also a big sports fan and loves attending games or hosting friends and family to cheer on her favorite teams.
